ACCOUNTS EXECUTIVE / ASSISTANT
- Min Diploma / LCCI higher with 2 years working experience
- Knowledge in accounting software an added advantage
- Willing and able to work hard to meet deadlines
ADMINISTRATION ASSISTANT / CLERK
- Min SPM with 1 year working experience
- Must be computer literate
- Knowledge in book-keeping an added advantage
BUILDING MANAGER / EXECUTIVE
- Cert. in engineering with at least 3 years working experience in similar postion
- Responsible for the day-to-day building management including the supervision of technical works related to
installation, testing validation, calibration, troubleshooting of equipment, etc
- knowledge of electrical wiring work will be an added advantage
ELECTRICIAN / GENERAL TECHNICIAN
- Cert. in engineering with working experience in similar position
- Responsible for all technical work related to installation, testing validation, calibration, troubleshooting
of equipment for a whole condominium
- Knowledge of electrical wiring work will be an added advantage
HANDYMAN / PLUMBER
- Able to handle minor masonry, carpentry, sewer & plumbing works
- Must be able to converse in Bahasa Malaysia and English
IN-HOUSE SECURITY EXECUTIVE
- Min SPM with at least 3 years working experience in similar position
- Working experience in the army, navy or police force an added advantage
- Male or female aged between 25 - 40
- Able to work on shift
- Fluent in written and spoken English and Malay
VALUATION EXECUTIVE
- Diploma / Degree in Valuation
- Fresh graduate are encouraged to apply
- Possess own transport must be able to travel outstation
REAL ESTATE NEGOTIATORS
- Cert, Diploma of Degree in any discipline
- Those with experience in marketing and sales are also encouraged to apply
- Strong reputation and track record in estate agency an added advantage
- Below 35 years of age preferred
- Must be computer literate
- Must have own transport
- Pleasant and matured personality
- Good communication, interpersonal and time management skills
RECEPTIONIST
- Min SPM with at least 2 years working experience
- Must be fluent in both written and spoken English and Bahasa Malaysia
- Must have good telephone etiquette
- Exposure in marketing and sales an added advantage
